Chief Scientist at Fishery Machinery and Instrument Research Institute, Director of Key Laboratory of Aquaculture Facilities Engineering under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and PhD Supervisor at Zhejiang University and Shanghai Ocean University. Specializing in aquaculture engineering research, he has led over 20 projects including the National Key R&D Programs, secured over 60 invention patents, published over 200 research papers, and presided over the formulation of 7 industrial standards. He has received 4 first-class awards at provincial/ministerial level, as well as honors such as Special Allowance from the State Council, Shanghai Leading Talent, and National Fisheries Leading Talent.
